Our store is just 8 miles from the famous Tehachapi Loop which is one of the seven (7) railroading wonders of the world.

Most orders usually ship with in 2 to 3 business days. Special orders may take longer.
If you prefer to use the USPS for your shipping instead of UPS please call us direct. We will be happy to ship your order this way.
Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee every item we sell.
Return for a Refund: If you would like to return an item for a refund of the purchase price, you may do so with in 30 days of delivery, with the following exceptions: electrical items only have a 14 day return policy, there are no refunds for special orders unless returnable to the manufacturer for refund or credit. Reminder: Some train engines can also be returned to the manufacturer (see your warranty), especially Bachmann, which is guaranteed for life. Just send them your receipt and they will either repair it or replace it with a new one.
For your protection, ship the item and the packing slip via insured parcel post, UPS or Federal Express Ground to:

Lionel (O Gauge) engines may be returned to us for repair.
Return for Exchange: We offer Easy Exchanges! Just contact us within 30 days of your delivery and we'll immediately place a credit card order for your requested replacement and we'll pay the shipping to send your replacement item. We'll also email you shipping instructions, so you can return the original item at your expense for a refund of the purchase price. Your credit card will be refunded at the time of receipt.
If you would rather not do an Easy Exchange, you may still return your original item for an exchange. Just return the item with an explanation of what you want. Infact, it would be advisable that you contact us first to make sure we have or can get the item you wish to replace the original order with.

Damaged Goods: We do not offer refund or exchanges for items that were damaged or dropped after delivery. If damage occurs during shipping, please inform the UPS driver that the package is damaged, then send us the shipping information (tracking number), with a description of the damage (include a picture if possible) so that we can file a claim.
